Notice: TakeNote Technologies reserves the right to limit class size and reschedule or cancel classes when deemed necessary.
Class Hours: Class hours are from 8:30am - 4:00pm. Lunch is scheduled from noon to 1:00pm. Each attendee is responsible for his or her own lunch. Dress is casual.
Post-Class Support: Access to the Training Attendees section of our support forums is granted to all training attendees. This section is the place to ask follow up questions, keep in touch with other attendees, etc.
Cancellation: Cancellations received at least ten (10) business days before the beginning of class will result in a full refund of course fees. Cancellations received less than ten (10) business days before class will result in a 50% refund of class fees. Failure to show up for class or cancellations on the day of the class will result in the forfeiture of all tuition fees paid. Note that substitutions can be made for any attendee up to the beginning of the first day of class free of charge.
Fees: Attendees are required to pre-register and pay all fees in advance. Payment in full must be received before the classes start date to guarantee registration.
Discounts: A 10% discount applies when three (3) or more attendees from the same organization register for the same class(es). |
